Brief description of Marina Beach Apartments

 

      

    These luxury apartments are beautifully furnished having a good sized lounge with dining area, which leads to the balcony with sea, garden or mountain views. Two bedrooms - one double and one twin and 2 bathrooms and a good sized, well equipped kitchen. 

    Most apartments sleep 4 people, whilst apartment F3-6 has a sofa bed in the living area and can accommodate 6 people*. 

    Unfortunately there are no lifts on this complex, therefore only our ground floor apartment F3-3 is suitable for the elderly or people with limited mobility.

A deposit of 25% is required at time of booking to secure all reservations.

 

A security deposit of 1000 dh is payable for all reservations, this is fully refundable following a thorough clean and inventory check, providing there is no damage, broken or missing items.

 

Our base rate is Moroccan Dirham.  We also accept Euros and British Sterling at current exchange rates

 

*A supplement of 200 dh per person, per week or for each booking if less than 7 nights, is charged for 5/6 persons to cover extra laundry costs

 

** Please add 100 dh per night for the Penthouse Apartment
