Situated on the ground floor this apartment is suitable for the elderly or people with limited mobility.
 
Smoking is permitted on the balcony only.

This well furnished, comfortable, air conditioned apartment is located in a quiet area of the complex and views of the Rif Mountains and coastal areas can be seen from the balcony.
 
The apartment has an American Style kitchen, dining area and living room, which is furnished in Moroccan style and offers sleeping for an additional 2 people on the sofas. The 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and the second with twin beds both have fitted wardrobes.  The bathroom is fitted with shower, sink and toilet.
 
Unsuitable for the elderly or disabled as there are no lifts on the complex

A deposit of 25% is required at time of booking to secure all reservations.

 

A security deposit of 1000 dh is payable for all reservations, this is fully refundable following a thorough clean and inventory check, providing there is no damage, broken or missing items.

 

Our base rate is Moroccan Dirham.  We also accept Euros and British Sterling at current exchange rates 

 

*A supplement of 200 dh per person, per week, or for each booking if less than 7 nights, is charged for 5/6 persons to cover extra laundry costs
