The complex has 2 swimming pools, both with children's area. Each apartment block is fitted with a lift and therefore all apartments are suitable for the elderly or people with limited mobility. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments, on balcony only. No pets please.

Being approximately 15-20 minutes walk from the the beautiful golden beach of Cabo Negro, our comfortable apartments, which sleep 4 - 6 people are well furnished, some are fitted with air conditioning and are situated around the beautiful, good sized, swimming pool with a children's area. As the complex does not have lifts to the upper floors, only the ground floor apartment is suitable for the elderly or people with limited mobility.
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments - on balcony or terrace only please, sorry pets are not allowed.

This complex is situated on the beach, between Marina Beach complex and the Marina. The complex has two beautiful swimming pools, one of which is the largest in the area. Playa del Pacha is a gated complex and has 24 hour security, offering underground parking for one vehicle per apartment.
3 apartments are available for short or long term rental - 1 x 1 bedroom and 2 x 2 bedroom apartments all finished to the same high standard.

The nearest town of M'Diq, once a small fishing town, is about 5 miles away, where you will find many shops, banks with ATM machines, restaurants, tea and coffee shops, bars, the new corniche, with sea front cafes. The water park and go-kart track are within walking distance.
